Role Description:This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney at Tampa Personal Injury Lawyers, located in Tampa, FL. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and primarily handling criminal defense as well as personal injury cases. This is a hybrid role, with the option for some remote work.
Qualifications:
- Legal knowledge and expertise in criminal law
- Ability to provide sound legal advice and excellent customer service
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Trial experience
- Valid Florida Bar License without prior disciplinary history
Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Experience in criminal law, felony level prosecution experience is preferred
- Admission to the Federal Middle District of Florida
- There is also a preference for bilingual candidates
