Students graduating in 2026 are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to work independently; and a commitment to living in the greater Springfield, MA, area. This associate will work from our Springfield office, but remote and flexible work schedules may be available if that arrangement is preferred.
