The Simons Firm, LLP is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation practice. Our firm handles a variety of matters including commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and trust and estate litigation.

We are a small, collaborative firm where associates gain meaningful experience early, including drafting pleadings and motions, participating in case strategy, and assisting with hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.

This position is based in Santa Fe, New Mexico and offers a hybrid work environment. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in New Mexico.

The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and analytical skills and be organized, proactive, and eager to develop as a litigator.
