Clapp Moroney Vucinich Beeman and Scheley is a well-established, 45 years strong, civil defense firm located in Pleasanton and San Mateo. Several of our attorneys are ABOTA trial attorneys and several have been identified and awarded the title of "Super Lawyers" in the Bay Area.

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our San Mateo team.

Ideal Candidate:

Preferred 1-3 years litigation experience.
Must be licensed to practice law in California.
Interest in practicing general civil litigation (including personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability, corporate, & landlord-tenant litigation).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Enjoys being part of a team.

Our Firm is an excellent place to gain experience in all aspects of civil litigation from the beginning of a case through trial, with mentorship.

This position allows for some remote work. Compensation is competitive and DOE.
