Your Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney, you'll:

Have the opportunity to manage your own caseload
Take and defend depositions.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings.
Handle law and motion work.
Participate in trial preparation with the potential to take on first-chair opportunities down the road

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is dynamic, intellectually curious, and highly motivated, with strong writing skills, an attention to detail, and experience in civil litigation in California on the plaintiff or defense side. We are not interviewing applicants without California litigation experience so please do not apply if you do not have this experience.

Specific qualifications include:

California Bar Membership: In good standing.
Education: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in California, including taking and defending party depositions, experience with law and motion work, and case management.
Skills: Strong verbal, analytical, and legal writing skills, along with exceptional attention to detail.
