We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our fast-paced Business Real Estate team in our San Diego office. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience with a strong client service skillset.About Us:

Compensation:
$150k-$225k/annually + Bonus
Schedule:
Position is full-time, exempt. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday.
We currently offer a hybrid in-office remote work model for select positions within the Firm. New hire employees who are offered a hybrid schedule will complete the majority of their onboarding and training in-office as deemed necessary for the position by the firm before transitioning to a hybrid/remote schedule, subject to approval by their supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation to clients, assessing the facts and issues of each scenario and counseling clients appropriately
- Respond to client concerns to increase and retain business
- Participate in industry organizations and affiliated committees to increase the firm's visibility in the community and within the industry
- Ability to handle complex matters on one's own and/or as a lead attorney with little supervision
- Ability to develop executive level client confidence to retain current firm clients
- Ability to contribute to a positive and respectful working environment
- Billable hours requirement is 1600
- Represent the firm internally and externally
- Other duties as needed to support the legal and management goals of the department
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- J.D. and an active California Bar license
- 5+ years of experience as a licensed California attorney
- Trial experience required
- Ability to communicate regularly with clients on a range of practice group topics
- Ability to multi-task and operate against inflexible deadlines both in a team environment and independently
The following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in landlord-tenant matters
- Previous experience with real estate law
