AV Construction defect and insurance coverage litigation firm with Walnut Creek, Carmel, and San Diego offices seeks an associate. Option to work at home or in any of these offices. Some civil litigation and discovery experience preferred. Some familiarity with insurance coverage helpful, but not required.We realize the workplace is changing. We would like you to have 2-5 years of civil litigation experience and have taken a few depositions (construction defect or insurance coverage litigation would be ideal).
Our practice includes landslide and construction defect litigation, first and third-party insurance coverage disputes, inter-insurer litigation and insurance bad-faith litigation. We represent insurers, property owners, insurance policy holders, homeowner associations, property managers, construction professionals and public agencies and consult with other attorneys about insurance matters. Large lawfirm experience welcome. For the right person(s) we will create the work-from-home or other location to fit your needs.
