Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney at Taybron Law Firm, LLC, located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements. The attorney will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions to their legal issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Family Law
- Experience in providing Legal Advice and conducting Research
- Exceptional Negotiation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal practice is a plus
- Interest and experience in alternative law practice areas in a plus
