This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling a caseload of divorce and family law cases, including legal issues, motions, depositions, and hearings. The Family Law Attorney will also be responsible for communicating with clients, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Law and Family Law
- Experience in handling legal issues, motions, depositions, and hearings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Arizona family law and court procedures is necessary
- JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Arizona
