McCormick & Priore, P.C. is seeking to add a litigation associate in its Philadelphia, PA office to accommodate the firm's recent growth. Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation and strong writing and organizational skills. The firm will consider a fully remote position for the right candidate.Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Pennsylvania bar admission is required. New Jersey and/or New York bar admission is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in civil litigation strongly preferred.
- Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting and argument presentation.
- Proficient in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
