Hira & Strlovski, LLC, a growing and expanding New Jersey family law firm with offices in Parsippany and Sparta, is seeking an experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join our team.We are looking for a motivated and dedicated attorney with at least 3–5 years of matrimonial and family law experience who is capable of independently managing a caseload while working collaboratively with our attorneys and support staff.

Responsibilities:
- Independently manage matrimonial and family law matters from inception through resolution.
- Handle divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and post-judgment matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, settlement conferences, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Conduct discovery, negotiate settlements, and develop litigation strategies.
- Maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with the firm's attorneys and support staff.
Qualifications:
- Active admission to the New Jersey Bar.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of matrimonial and family law experience.
- Strong litigation, legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, motivated, and team-oriented approach.
