Responsibilities:
Provide legal representation in a wide range of real estate litigation cases, including condominium and cooperative issues, construction, landlord-tenant disputes, and foreclosure matters.
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 depending on experience, with enhanced compensation per billable hour above a minimum quarterly threshold. There are no mandatory billing quotas. We offer a profit-sharing plan, health insurance, and a great work/life balance.

- Real estate experience strongly preferred but not required;
- Experience communicating with clients and other real estate professionals about legal matters;
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills; and
- Admitted to New York State Bar.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal representation in a wide range of real estate litigation cases, including condominium and cooperative issues, construction, landlord-tenant disputes, and foreclosure matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to determine strategies and provide clear and actionable advice to clients.
- Draft and prepare various legal documents including notices, pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings, including trials and hearings.
- Collaborate with the firm's attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver top notch legal services and achieve successful outcomes for clients.
- Manage and prioritize a substantial caseload, maintain time and records, meet deadlines, and ensure the efficient progression of cases.
