As an Attorney at RWI Law, you will:
- Manage case files from start to finish in Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Employment Law.
- Formulate legal strategies and guide clients through their legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
- Advocate for clients in court by arguing motions, attending hearings, and handling trials when necessary.
- Work closely with experts and clients to build strong cases.
- Prepare for trial, including developing case theories, coordinating discovery, and presenting arguments.
- Collaborate with fellow attorneys to brainstorm strategies and provide high-quality representation.
- Meet the firm's key performance indicators for case progression and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license in Minnesota.
- MN Federal Court Admission/Willingness to be admitted to MN Federal Court
- Minimum of three years of experience in Family Law and/or Civil Litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for client advocacy and delivering results.
