As a full-service law firm with a proud 79-year history in Michigan, we are seeking a dedicated professional to focus on civil litigation, with an emphasis on Insurance Coverage and Insurance Defense cases.

We are searching for an attorney that is licensed in Indiana. Candidates that happen to also have an Illinois license would be preferred! This attorney will handle cases dealing in these areas:

Insurance coverage
3rd Party Civil Litigation
Bodily Injury
Auto Negligence
Commercial Trucking
Bad Faith Insurance Lawsuits/Bad Faith Claims

Position Description:
Experience will determine caseload and day-to-day workload. Entry level attorneys will be mentored while handling entry level tasks and case details. More senior attorneys will manage their own case load as experience and established skill sets permit. Litigation associates should expect be a part of many steps in the litigation process, such as reviewing, preparing, and approving pleadings, motions, participating in depositions and expert depositions. Appearance for oral arguments, pre-trial conferences, and trials will be necessary.
