Associate Trial Attorney needed to handle all aspects of prosecuting No-Fault claims for providers in litigation and arbitration including motion practice, bench trials, drafting master appeal briefs and Article 75 Petitions. Familiarity with No-Fault Regulations a must.

We are a small boutique firm seeking a trial attorney to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial. The ideal candidate will have outstanding research abilities, will be well organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to independently manage their caseload.

5 years of experience (insurance plaintiff litigation/trial a must)
An active license to practice law in New York and be a member in good standing with the state bar
Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work opportunity.
