Downtown Los Angeles boutique business law firm with litigation, transactional, and regulatory compliance practice seeking attorney with 1-5 years experience. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills are favored.Candidate must be able to manage caseload independently while keeping partners apprised of developments and deadlines.
