A Divorce Lawyer is looking for a seasoned Family Law Attorney to join our team. Since 1989 we've been able to take pride in being problem solvers for our clients. We work to accomplish clients' goals, and we thoroughly explore settlement options to try to accomplish those goals while keeping clients out of the courtroom. If we can't resolve the case outside of a courtroom, we zealously advocate for our clients at trial. An ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a busy family law caseload from the initial consultation to completion of each matter.
- Properly manage clients' expectations and provide education about the legal process with empathy.
- Efficiently find and cite appropriate case law, develop strategies, and provide vigorous representation to clients, leaving no stone unturned.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Must have a Colorado Bar License and a minimum of 3 years handling Divorce and Family Law matters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality results.
- Proficient in legal research and drafting.
