Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively managing cases from start to finish.
- Conduct and defend depositions and participate in mediations.
- Prepare for and actively participate in trials.
- Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Maintain prompt, clear communication with clients and internal team members.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Bar License in good standing.
- Proven litigation and trial experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel for in-person court appearances in the DFW and Houston areas when necessary.
