As an Associate Attorney with our firm, you will begin by working in a hybrid role. You will spend some time as a staff attorney, supporting other attorneys at the firm while you learn the different steps in the employment law process. You will also act as the main point of contact and lead attorney working on clients assigned to you. The eventual goal will be to carry your own book of clients. You will handle cases from the initial drafting of the demand letter all the way through trial if necessary. Support staff and supervisory attorneys will be readily available to assist you. We also have a peer review process for all of your pleadings and motions. Training will be provided along with an online library of research and information about this niche practice area. This is a position that gives you responsibilities you wouldn't otherwise receive until much later in your career with a large firm with a full support network to provide assistance along the way. This is a partnership-track position.
This is a remote work position. Office space and conference room space is available as needed, which is generally weekly-monthly after training. You will be in office full time during training.
While growing, we're still a small firm. We're a close-knit group that takes pride in helping each other and making sure everyone is achieving the best results possible. Even though you are leading the way on your cases, you will not be left on an island.
