This is an opportunity to work with experienced trial attorneys to further your litigation skills by attending hearings, taking depositions, and developing litigation strategy in preparation for trial.This is a full-time Associate Attorney role located in Dallas, Texas with the flexibility for some remote work. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research and analysis, offering legal advice, attending hearings, and taking depositions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- One to four years of litigation experience
