Our full-service litigation firm, located in downtown Cleveland, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney with at least three years of experience in civil litigation. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on significant responsibilities in managing all aspects of civil cases.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including discovery, drafting motions and pleadings.
- Take and defend depositions, including expert and fact witness depositions.
- Represent clients at hearings, trials, and other court appearances.
- Work closely with senior attorneys in case strategy and trial preparation.
- Provide clear and effective legal counsel to clients throughout the case lifecycle.
- Manage a caseload independently while maintaining strong client relationships.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
