About the Job:
Job Responsibilities To Include
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Draft and review legal documents
  • Engage in all aspects of litigation
  • Track own billable hours

Required Background/Skills
  • JD degree from an ABA accredited law school and admitted in New Jersey
  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • At least 1 year of experience practicing labor and/or employment law
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team

Preferred Skills:
Previous experience through a Judicial Clerkship
