- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Advise clients on legal matters.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Conduct discovery and deposition preparation.
- Assist in the development of trial strategies and tactics.
- Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other court proceedings.
