We are looking for an Associate Attorney (1-3 yrs experience) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think critically and work independently. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the law and has a commitment to providing high-quality legal services to our clients.Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze legal issues.
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend court hearings and trials.
- Prepare for trial by researching and preparing witnesses and evidence.
- Advise clients on legal matters.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsels.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
