We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Attorney to join our family law practice in Fort Mill and Rock Hill, South Carolina. This role is ideal for an attorney who is eager to grow their courtroom skills, manage their own caseload with support, and guide clients through some of the most challenging moments of their lives with professionalism and empathy.Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and proposed orders
- Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and conferences
- Develop case strategy and provide sound legal guidance to clients
- Work collaboratively with paralegals and other attorneys
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and case management records
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina Bar
- 1–5 years of experience
- Strong writing, organization, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
- Professional demeanor with clients and colleagues
- Commitment to ethical practice and client-focused representation
