Job Overview:We are hiring a full-time Associate Attorney for our Beverly Hills office. This role is open to newly barred attorneys as well as attorneys with Lemon Law or consumer protection experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Lemon Law and consumer protection litigation matters
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand letters
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
- Attend and represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Negotiate settlements and assist with trial preparation
- Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines
Minimum Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license (newly admitted attorneys encouraged to apply)
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Lemon Law, consumer protection, or civil litigation
- Prior experience as a law clerk, intern, or litigation associate
