Ideally, you've spent time working in employment law, but we welcome candidates with a solid foundation in civil litigation who are eager to grow in this practice area.
You Have:
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to client service
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Admission to the bar in Arizona
What You'll Do:
- Represent clients in employment-related disputes and litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Engage in case strategy development and client counseling
- Appear in court and at administrative hearings
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys and support staff
