Role DescriptionTressler LLP is seeking two Associate Attorneys to join our Employment and Litigation Practice in our Irvine, California (https://www.tresslerllp.com/offices/) office.
The ideal candidates will have experience handling employment litigation, wage and hour disputes, and/or general civil litigation matters. We are looking for motivated attorneys with strong litigation skills who are eager to contribute to a collaborative team and continue developing their practices.
No portable book of business is required. These positions offer a hybrid work arrangement based out of our Irvine office.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee employment and general litigation and manage multiple cases.
- Develop and implement general litigation strategies and budgets.
- Conduct and defend depositions and argue dispositive motions.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients in business, professional liability, and employment disputes.
- Negotiate and draft settlement agreements.
- Assist with marketing and business development efforts to drive firm growth and strengthen client relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- Active California bar admission required in good standing.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- 1+ years of general litigation experience
- Experience with trial preparation.
- Strong oral advocacy, deposition, case management, and client communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with attorneys, clients, and litigation teams.
