Cooper Levenson is currently seeking a highly professional and experienced Litigation Attorney for our busy Defense Litigation practice in Las Vegas, Nevada.Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in the state of Nevada, required
- 1-3+ years' experience in civil/defense litigation, preferred. Willing to train, provided the right candidate has prior legal experience, is a quick study, and is eager to learn.
- Must be
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive legal documents and communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage multipe cases and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented and a motivated self-starter.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and interact closely with clients.
- Comfort level making court appearances, both State and Federal Court.
- Familiarity with NetDocs, a plus.
