Are you a passionate attorney looking to make a difference in people's lives? Our expanding DUI defense law firm is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team on a full or part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in DUI cases from start to finish, including court appearances, negotiations, and trials.
Conduct DMV hearings and represent clients' interests effectively.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to strategize and provide top-notch legal counsel.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional client service.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the state bar.
Experience in DUI defense law preferred but not required; we're willing to train the right candidate.
Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
