Description:
An Immigration Law Firm is looking for a licensed attorney (preferably licensed in Texas) who is interested in joining our expanding team. Immigration law experience is preferred, but not required. Newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply as well as those with experience.Responsibilities:
- Attend hearings and trials (training will be provided)
- Drafting pleadings
- E-filing documents
- Prepare, and revise documents
Requirements:
- J.D. degree
- Active Bar license (Texas highly preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred but not necessary
License/Certification:
- license to practice law (Required)
