You will manage your own docket of complex insurance coverage cases from inception through resolution, taking ownership of key tasks such as analyzing policy language, drafting detailed coverage opinions, and crafting persuasive motions and pleadings. What Matters Most
To succeed as an Associate Attorney (Coverage) - Boston, MA, you will need a robust set of skills and qualifications.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts State Bar, are essential prerequisites.
- 3-6 years of experience focused on insurance coverage litigation, preferably in a law firm environment
- Proven ability to manage cases from inception through resolution
- Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
