We are currently seeking a full time civil litigation attorney with 5-10 years' experience in private practice. The position will involve handling of construction defect, personal injury, and commercial cases. Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills, litigation experience, and excellent time management. The ideal candidate must be able to work well both individually and as a team.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients on legal best practices
- Prepare case file documents
- Briefing and written discovery
- Take depositions, attend trials and arbitrations, and regular court appearances
- Research and anticipate legal risks
- Involvement in all aspects of case prosecution and management
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
