The ideal attorney will have:
- 3+ years of legal experience in business transactions. A background in litigation is a plus.
- Experience in formation of business entities, business succession planning, buy/sell agreements, shareholder agreements, contracts, and ability to handle a wide range of general business matters.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once, follow through, and ability to work independently.
- Ability and desire to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients with an emphasis on customer service.
- Strong analytical and drafting skills.
- Desire to learn and continuously improve your legal skills.
- Desire and ability to network, be a part of the community, and generate client relationships for the firm.
- Ability to work in-person in Bellevue, Washington.
- Membership in the Washington State Bar Association, with good standing.
