Description:

A Boutique Real Estate Law Firm is seeking a bright and motivated attorney, with 5 years' experience, to work in our real estate group. This position will include litigation, title and compliance. The position may be hybrid/remote, but the attorney must be licensed and located in or near Arkansas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Managing deadlines effectively and efficiently
Preparing pleadings, discovery and responses well in advance of deadlines
Drafting, reviewing, and revising pleadings including complaints, motions, and discovery requests
Appearing in court and at depositions
Reviewing title reports

Job Requirements:

5 years' experience in real estate and/or title law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail and self-management capability
Licensed to practice in Arkansas
