Job Description:The incumbent will have the responsibility of litigating cases before administrative judges at the MSPB, EEOC, and other forums. The incumbent will have the opportunity to be directly involved in the preparation of Federal District Court trials.
Locations: Two selections will be made from this vacancy with up to six possible locations (Washington, D.C.; Grand Prairie, TX; Kansas City, KS; Annapolis Junction, MD; Stockton, CA and Phoenix, AZ). Qualifications:
Required qualifications: Applicants must have a J.D. degree, be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction), and have at least one (1) year post-J.D. (or equivalent) legal or other relevant experience.
Preferred qualifications: Prior experience in labor and employment discrimination and/or general litigation is highly desired.

Salary:
Current salary, location, and years of experience will determine the appropriate salary level. The possible salary range, including locality pay adjustments, is GS-12, GS-13, GS-14 or GS-15.
