Job Specifications:
The City of Tallahassee's City Attorney's Office is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented attorney to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our transactional practice group and experienced attorneys to provide high-quality legal services that support our mission and operations.

What You'll Do:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and real estate documents.
  • Provide sound legal advice and guidance to internal departments.
  • Research complex legal issues and prepare resolutions, memoranda, and briefs.
  • Review purchase and sale agreements, mortgages, liens, and easements.

Minimum Training & Experience:
