The Assistant Attorney General also provides comprehensive legal advice on issues related to driver licensing, vehicle registration, business and occupational licensing, employment and labor matters, procurement, Public Information Act compliance, legislative review, regulatory development, and consumer-related matters. This role ensures that the MVA's decisions and operations remain legally sound and consistent with applicable statutes, regulations, and policies.
