The Role
As an Attorney III, you'll:

• Handle complex, high-stakes cases in criminal and civil matters (adult, juvenile, and ITA).
• Represent clients at every stage: from arraignment to appeals.
• Mentor and guide other attorneys with lead or limited supervisory responsibilities.
• Shape trial strategy, negotiate effectively, and defend constitutional rights every single day.

Pay & Benefits
Annual Pay Range:
$126,184 – $142,104 (Steps 1–7)

Hiring Range (Depending on Qualifications):
$126,184 – $133,908 (Steps 1–4)

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 8 years law practice experience
• Strong record of jury trial and courtroom work (Juvenile and/or Superior Court)
• Admission to the Washington State Bar and eligibility to practice before the Washington Supreme Court
• Proven ability to independently handle contested trial matters

• Valid Washington State driver's license and proof of insurance
