Cohen Milstein is seeking a full-time Staff Attorney for the Antitrust Practice group in our Washington, D.C. office. The Antitrust Practice Group is recognized for its expertise in complex litigation challenging price-fixing, market allocation, and other anticompetitive behavior. Our clients include pension funds, businesses, and individuals. Although this is not a partnership-track position, it does involve substantive legal work. Staff Attorneys at Cohen Milstein are considered an integral part of their case teams and work side-by-side with associates and other attorneys on their cases.

We offer a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The expected annual salary range (excluding bonus) for this position is between $118,000 – $141,000. Actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing documents; factual research for existing cases and for investigators
- Assisting with other discovery tasks, including responding to discover requests
- Deposition preparation
- Organizing and tracking due diligence materials, information, requests and responses
Requirements:
- Must be an active member of the DC Bar.
- Litigation experience; Antitrust experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required to handle large volumes of documents and work associated with each case.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytic skills to synthesize large amounts of information into accurate summaries.
