  • Global Regulatory Counseling: Provide day-to-day guidance on antitrust and broader regulatory matters, ensuring timely and forward-looking advice to business units worldwide.
  • FDI & FSR Engagement: Direct and coordinate RTX's responses to foreign investment review authorities (such as CFIUS and international equivalents) and support enterprise readiness and reporting processes under the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation.
  • Regulatory Engagement: Support engagement with antitrust and competition authorities globally, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel on filings, data requests, and regulatory strategy.
  • Enterprise Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership—including strategy and business development teams, business unit legal teams, and compliance.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Help identify and mitigate risks across antitrust, FDI, and related regulatory domains; advise on compliance matters and contribute to maintaining a strong, globally consistent compliance posture.
  • Minimal travel required. This position is on-site in Farmington, CT.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Juris Doctorate and 10 years of relevant legal experience; Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Extensive expertise in antitrust and competition law.
  • Analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory concepts into clear, actionable business guidance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • 3–5 years of top law firm experience focusing on antitrust, competition, or regulatory matters.
  • Government or regulatory experience, including service at an antitrust agency or substantial engagement with regulatory authorities.
  • Experience supporting global FDI reviews, including CFIUS and non-U.S. investment screening authorities.
  • Familiarity with the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation and its associated data, reporting, and compliance obligations.
  • Practical, business-oriented approach to advising across complex and evolving global regulatory landscapes.
