Boston law firm A Law Firm Provides Legal Services to Nonprofit, For-Profit and Public Clients, a premier boutique firm, is seeking a real estate attorney to join its transactional practice. The firm provides legal services to nonprofit, for-profit and public clients operating in the areas of real estate development and finance, affordable housing, health and human services, civil litigation, employment, and education.

Qualified candidates will have three to seven years of experience in real estate financing with a focus on affordable housing and community development preferred. Low income housing and/or new market tax credit experience is a plus. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with top academic credentials, excellent writing skills, a superior work ethic, the ability to think strategically and the desire to undertake complex transactions. Massachusetts bar membership or the ability to waive in is required.

As a member of the firm's transaction group, the attorney will have the opportunity to engage in a full range of real estate legal work, including borrower and lender representation in acquisitions and dispositions, land use, construction and permanent financings, condominium development and commercial leasing.
