You must be an active member of the Oregon State Bar. Washington State Bar admission is a plus, but not required.

  • Has extensive experience with advanced estate and tax planning.
  • Has experience advising business owners on business planning and succession matters.
  • Has experience preparing and reviewing estate tax and gift tax returns.
  • Is knowledgeable in trust administration and post-death trust management.
  • Is comfortable working directly with high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Can independently manage complex matters while collaborating effectively with colleagues and staff.
  • Communicates clearly, thoughtfully, and confidently with clients and professional advisors.
  • Demonstrates strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and personally accountable.
  • Values professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent client service.
  • Appreciates the importance of discretion, empathy, and relationship-building.
  • Wants to contribute to a collegial, mission-driven firm culture.
  • Attorney is required to have at least 3 years of advanced estate and tax planning experience. LLM is a plus. Former paralegal experience will count toward years of experience.
