A busy boutique worker's compensation practice located in the heart of Queens is looking for an associate attorney admitted in New York. We are looking for an attorney, who is interested in learning all aspects of litigation from inception to trial. Attorney should be motivated and interested in doing trials. Although we provide the necessary training, experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers' compensation law and a passion for advocating on behalf of injured workers. This role involves representing clients in workers' compensation claims, providing legal advice, and ensuring that clients receive the benefits they are entitled to. Responsibilities:

Represent clients in workers' compensation claims, including hearings, trials, and appeals.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and obligations under workers' compensation laws.
Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support clients' claims.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations.
Collaborate with medical professionals, vocational experts, and other relevant parties to build strong cases.
Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.
Advocate for clients' best interests in all legal proceedings
