Are you a 3L law student who's graduating soon? Step into your future with Allstate's 3L Law Clerk opportunity – designed to bridge the gap between graduation and becoming a licensed attorney. While awaiting the results of the bar examination and subsequent admission to the bar, under the direction and supervision of an admitted attorney, the 3L Law Clerk prepares pleadings and motions, conducts discovery, including reviewing documents, interviewing clients, preparing trial materials, and summarize and analyze research.
This role is open to both Winter 2025 and Spring 2026 law school graduates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft responses to discovery demands
- Assists clients in answering questions regarding discovery
- Review and serve responses to discovery demands
- Assist attorney in preparing materials for trial, arbitration, or mediation
- Attend arbitrations, depositions, mediations, and trials with admitted attorney
- Review new file assignments and draft initial pleadings (e.g., answer, motion, etc.) and draft discovery
- Prepare brief to assist client in presenting cases in small claims court (CA)
Education:
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Required)
- Juris Doctor (Required)
- Must be graduating from law school either Winter 2025 or Spring 2026

Compensation:
Compensation offered for this role is $62,800.00 – 114,175.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
