Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP (Willkie) is seeking highly motivated law students to join our 2027 2L Summer Associate Program. The Program contains a balance of work and social activities, as our primary objective is for our summer associates to have an opportunity to experience firsthand what it is like to be an attorney at Willkie. Summer Law Clerks work directly with partners and associates on client matters, participate in engaging in-house training programs, and receive individualized mentorship.

Applications will open in Mid-November and are reviewed on a rolling basis and students will be eligible for offers once first semester transcripts are available.
Students who accept the offer to join our 2027 2L Summer Associate class will also be eligible for a $25,000 payment to spend their 1L Summer of 2026 in a public interest or academic legal internship. Conditions apply.
