Foley & Lardner LLP is accepting applications from first-year law students (Class of 2028) interested in joining the firm's 2027 Summer Associate Program in the Intellectual Property Department, supporting our Trademark, Copyright & Advertising (“TCA”) Practice Group. 2L Summer Associate positions are available in the following offices: Chicago, Dallas, Madison, Milwaukee, and New York.Foley's nationally recognized TCA Practice Group provides counsel on ways to effectively secure, protect, manage, enforce and defend certain IP assets. Foley & Lardner LLP offers a competitive compensation structure applicable to all positions. The salary for this position is $225,000/year, pro-rated based on the duration of employment. This role is not eligible for benefits.
