Foley & Lardner LLP is accepting applications from second-year law students interested in joining the firm's 2025 Summer Associate Program in the Intellectual Property Department, supporting our Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice Group (“TTCP”). 2L Summer Associate positions are available in the following offices: Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Madison, Milwaukee, San Diego, Tampa and Washington, D.C.Educational, legal work, or non-legal work experience demonstrating an interest or capabilities in the areas of technology, licensing, cybersecurity, privacy or professional services delivery or management is strongly preferred. The firm anticipates hosting a 10-week program for summer 2025. This position is open to all qualified candidates who are in their second year at an ABA-accredited law school.
