Arnold & Porter is seeking applications for the 2028 US Summer Associate Program from current law students who will have completed two years of law school by the summer of 2028 and graduate from law school in Winter 2028 or Spring 2029. Arnold & Porter's summer program is designed to provide summer associates with exposure to the substantive skills they will use in practice, the Firm's core values, and the meaningful work we do for our commercial and pro bono clients.The Firm's Corporate Summer Associate track is designed for students with specific interest in exploring Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Tax, and Transactional practice areas. Due to market demands, this track is accepting applications for the following offices: Boston, Chicago, Denver, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington DC. While students will have the opportunity to explore all Arnold & Porter practice areas, those accepted through this channel will have priority for any Corporate/Transactional-related work assignments, pro bono, and shadowing opportunities that occur during the ten-week program.
