Job Description:The Washington, D.C. office of Sidley Austin LLP is accepting applications from Class of 2028 law students interested in Structured Finance, Securitization and Asset-Based Finance including CLOs, RMBS, Mortgage Loan Repo Financing and Rated Note Feeders for the 2027 2L Summer Associate Program. Successful candidates will have exceptional credentials and a genuine passion for the law.
